Meredith was one of the truly great women of this world. She brightened up every room she entered and every life she touched. She lived with style and grace unmatched by others and a sense of humor as large as her wonderful, hearty laugh. I was always in awe of her, yet her kindness, warmth and open arms never kept me at any distance from her. I am sorry for the loss of Meredith to her family and to all those who ever knew her. I know I am a better person for having known and loved her.

I cared for Meredith at Panorama City and enjoyed her sense of humor and funny comments. I wish I could have known her in a different time. My thoughts are with her family.

Meredith possessed a more highly developed sense of style than anybody else I have known personally. I'm surely glad she decided to live in Oregon during the seventies and eighties. It was a privilege to know her and see her regularly during those years. My parents completely enjoyed having her nearby. She enriched the lives of all the local Donelson's to be sure. The last time I saw Meredith was at my mother's funeral in 1998. Meredith was the best-dressed person in the group. She looked super. She will always look super.
