Obituary of Judy Pittman

Judy (Wharton) Pittman Judy (Wharton) Pittman, 62, peacefully passed away at home in Rainier, WA on May 10, 2010. She was born August 11, 1947 to Clifford Dean and Viola Louisa (McClenand) Wharton. Judy grew up in Rainier and moved to California where she eventually fell in love with the love of her life, and soul mate, Dennis Pittman. The two were married October 19, 1972. Judy was a waitress and homemaker. Terrific, caring and loving Mother and Wife. Judy was the best mother who never gave birth to a single child, but adopted two beautiful daughters, Kristy and Cheri. Judy was a tough spirited, stubborn, and caring person wearing a beautiful smile. Judy had such a huge and loving heart with room for everyone. She touched lives where ever she went. Judy was often called mom by friends of the family. Judy was always active in her kids lives, and loved riding horses and being around horses, she was always present at her daughters horse shows, she loved getting involved in her native background. She adored spending time with her family and cherished every family event and precious moment. She will be deeply and greatly missed. Judy is survived by her husband, Dennis Pittman, her daughters Kristy Pittman and Cheri Burgess, her precious granddaughter, Rosalyn Burgess, her sisters, Loretta McCarty and Lucille Koher. Her many nieces and nephews and many more family too numerous too mention along with her four legged friends, Kimahri and Chase. Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Viola Wharton, her brothers, Jerry and Clifford "Cliffie" and sister, Margie, along with her first grandchild, Joshua. Memorial services will be 11:00am Saturday, May 15, 2010 at Rainier Middle School Cafeteria, interment to follow at Rainier Cemetery, reception immediately following at Rainier Middle School Cafeteria.
