Obituary of Irmgard L. Mitchell

none Irmgard L. Mitchell, 90, formerly of Lakewood, Puyallup and Lacey, Washington, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2005 in the home of her daughter. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter “Walt” L. Mitchell and son William U. Klauss. She is survived by her daughter, Doris Hassell and son-in-law Harry of Ashland, Virginia; grandson, Erik Klauss and wife, Mindy of Richmond Hill, Georgia; and great-granddaughters, Ariel and Lauren Klauss. She is also survived by a daughter-in-law, Tove Lockhart; two stepdaughters, Sharron Vandevander of Lewiston, Idaho, and Sheila Whiteford of Kailua, Hawaii, their husbands, children and grandchildren. A private inurnment service will take place at Mountain View Cemetery in Auburn. The Celebration of Life will be held at the Best Western Park Plaza on South Hill in Puyallup from 3:30-5:30 .m. on Sunday, October 30, 2005. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
